  • APEX<\/mark><\/strong><\/mark><\/strong> holds the power to do anything lawful deemed necessary to further or support its Objects. <\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • APEX<\/mark><\/strong><\/strong> shall advance measures and take such steps as it deems necessary to defend and uphold Human Rights, Equality and rights recognised by international law.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • For instance, <\/mark>APEX<\/mark><\/strong> has the authority to employ any or all of the following means:<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • To work with lawyers to defend human rights and equality;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitoring, investigating and documenting violations which prejudiced the civil and religious rights of communities;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitoring, investigating and documenting twists or misuse of the law to allow others to breach the law or cause harm;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitoring, investigating and documenting breaches of politicians, holders of public office and professional duties (including turning a blind eye) or breaching the public’s trust;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Investigating and documenting violations which have prejudiced the civil and religious rights of communities;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitoring, investigating and documenting human rights abuses;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Conducting or commissioning research into human rights issues;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Assisting individuals or organisations on human rights issues;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Raising awareness of human rights issues;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Promoting public support for human rights;<\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Supporting individuals, organisations and governments to further human rights;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Supporting legal research and actions to fulfil the Objects;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • To co-operate with other charities, voluntary bodies or organisations to achieve the Objects;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Acquiring or merging with or to enter into any partnership or joint venture arrangement with any other organisations to fulfil the Objects;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • To establish branches;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • To work with volunteers;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
