APEX holds the power to do anything lawful deemed necessary to further or support its Objects.
APEX shall advance measures and take such steps as it deems necessary to defend and uphold Human Rights, Equality and rights recognised by international law.
For instance, APEX has the authority to employ any or all of the following means:
To work with lawyers to defend human rights and equality;
Monitoring, investigating and documenting violations which prejudiced the civil and religious rights of communities;
Monitoring, investigating and documenting twists or misuse of the law to allow others to breach the law or cause harm;
Monitoring, investigating and documenting breaches of politicians, holders of public office and professional duties (including turning a blind eye) or breaching the public’s trust;
Investigating and documenting violations which have prejudiced the civil and religious rights of communities;
Monitoring, investigating and documenting human rights abuses;
Conducting or commissioning research into human rights issues;
Assisting individuals or organisations on human rights issues;
Raising awareness of human rights issues;
Promoting public support for human rights;
Supporting individuals, organisations and governments to further human rights;
Supporting legal research and actions to fulfil the Objects;
To co-operate with other charities, voluntary bodies or organisations to achieve the Objects;
Acquiring or merging with or to enter into any partnership or joint venture arrangement with any other organisations to fulfil the Objects;
